I'm posting this review having done PT here 5+ years ago. I tweaked my back and was recommended to this facility. It was my first time doing PT. Not only did they help heal my back via exercises/dry needling but they provided invaluable education on proper gym lifting techniques to stay injury free. This advice has served me well all this time and after my time here I truly understood the purpose and benefit of physical therapy. I highly recommend it (both PT and this office) to anyone I can to this day.

I highly recommend Optimum Performance PT. Logan was a great therapist and coach - I looked forward to coming to PT. I also worked with Jill and I like how the practice keeps you with two clinicians and not more. Jeff, the owner, is friendly and helpful and is an expert in vestibular therapy. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The only caveat is that the entrance doors to the building are not accessible. Although Optimum has asked their landlord to address this, it hasn't been done. If you need help getting into the building, you'll need to call the office when you arrive (or have a care partner with you).

After a back surgery in Dec that damaged a nerve in my lower back, my neurosurgeon sent me to Optimum. I’ve been going twice a week since the end of Dec and will continue I’m sure for more than a few months. Jeff assessed me during my first visit and came up with a personalized plan to work on two of my major deficits. They work you hard, meaning everything that I’m asked to do is to help regain the strength and balance in my leg and it isn’t always easy. For the time that I’m there, we don’t waste a second. Every week I get a new exercise to add to my cadre of exercises. Anything that I do in their facility, I have to do twice a day at home. I have seen other physical therapy situations where very little is done to challenge you. I have to wait for my nerve to heal, but as far as regaining my strength and my abilities, I’m 100% confident that I’m getting the best care at Optimum. I feel fortunate that my doctor specifically sent me to Jeff. When I leave, I’m tired - I feel like I’m dragging my leg behind me, but since my surgery mid-Dec, I have regained strength and abilities that I was not able to perform during the days after surgery. I’m definitely not back to normal, but I have absolutely improved since I started going to Optimum the week of Christmas. Basically, my physical future is in their hands as far as the strength-building exercises that they give me. I would never have improved if I had settled for home PT. Most importantly, there is no question that every exercise that they have me doing is addressing my deficits. That empowers me even when I’m doing them at home because I understand the physiological reasons behind the exercises. They explain everything so that you understand what your goals are. Again, I’m thankful that my doctor sent me to this particular facility.
